Panels and service

The heart of
the house.

Fuse box replacement, 100A to 200A service upgrades, adding circuits, relocating a panel. It is the work we do most, and the first thing an inspector looks at.

  • Fuse box swapped for a breaker panel
  • 100A service raised to 200A
  • Aluminium and knob-and-tube rewiring

Lighting

The difference
between lit
and well lit.

Pot lights, fixtures, dimmers, outdoor and landscape lighting. We put the light where it actually helps, not just where a hole already exists.

  • Pot lights and ceiling fixtures
  • Dimmers and controls
  • Outdoor, deck and landscape

EV charging

Your car, full
by morning.

Our trade

Thirty years inside the walls around here.

From the post-war bungalows of Pointe-Claire to the triplexes of the Plateau and the splits in Beaconsfield and DDO, we know the old aluminium runs, the fuse boxes, and exactly what an inspector will look for.

The job gets done once, properly, and it passes.

Licensed and insured

RBQ licence and CMEQ membership. In Quebec that is the law, not a selling point.

The price before, not after

You approve the number before we start. No surprises on the invoice.

Built to code

Work carried out to the Quebec Construction Code, Chapter V – Electricity.

We pick up

A real phone and a real person, 24 hours. Not a voicemail that never calls back.

A West Island house at night in winter with one lit window

24 hour emergencies

A power failure
will not wait
for Monday.

A burning smell, a dead panel, an outlet hot to the touch, breakers tripping over and over. Call us, even at 3am.

Service area

Montreal, the West Island
and beyond.

Based on Ave Donegani in Pointe-Claire, we cover the whole island of Montreal, the West Island, Laval and Vaudreuil. If your area is not on the list, call anyway, it probably is.

Questions

Good to know.

Are you a licensed master electrician?

Yes. We hold a Régie du bâtiment du Québec licence and are members of the Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec. In Quebec only a licensed master electrician may legally carry out electrical work.

Do you really answer at night and on weekends?

Yes, we are open 24 hours. A burning smell, a dead panel or an outlet that is hot to the touch cannot wait until Monday.

How much does it cost to come out?

Estimates are free. You get the price in writing before any work starts, not after it is finished.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Pointe-Claire and cover the whole West Island, from Dorval and Lachine out to Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, plus Montreal, Laval and Vaudreuil.

Do you install EV chargers?

Yes, Level 2 240V units. We check whether your panel has the capacity first and supply the documentation needed for rebate programs.

Do you speak French?

Yes. Service is available in English and French / Service offert en anglais et en français.
